  This offer is advertised online as a bonus buy online.  The monthly coupon booklet has a coupon for $1/1 Chapstick 0.15oz.    The coupon will self-adjust to make the Chapstick free.  Although the coupon shows the Chapstick Shield, it is worded as $1/1 Chapstick Lipcare.

This is confirmed as working on Chapstick Vanilla, regular, mint, apple, and cherry.
